How ordering works

1

Message me on WhatsApp

Tell me what you fancy and how many people it is for.

2

Choose your dishes and the date

We work out together what to prepare and for which day you'd like it.

3

We confirm the order

I give you the price, we lock in the date, and everything is confirmed.

4

Collect in Coín or I deliver

You come and pick it up in Coín, or I bring it to you if you're on the Costa del Sol.

I recommend ordering 24–48 hours in advance. I only make couscous on Fridays, so if you'd like couscous, book it for that day.

What you can order

These are the dishes I've been making all my life, with spices brought from Morocco and nothing frozen:

Pastilla, the way it has always been made

Crispy on the outside, juicy inside. With that touch of cinnamon that makes it special.

Comforting tagines

Slow-cooked with the good spices: cumin, ginger, ras el hanout... The kind you mop up with bread to the very last drop.

Friday couscous

The dish that brings Moroccan families together. Light, tasty, full of vegetables. Fridays only.

Sweets worth closing your eyes for

Made one by one, with real honey and toasted almonds. Like the ones served at celebrations.

Tables to celebrate

Birthdays, family gatherings, whatever you like. I'll prepare a table you won't forget.

I don't work from a fixed price list: the cost depends on the dish and the quantity. I confirm the exact price on WhatsApp before closing the order.
