Low and slow

Everything here is made by hand, without hurry, with the spices I bring back from Morocco and the aromas of home.

I prepare every dish myself, from scratch, on the very day you collect it. With the same ingredients my mother used, and her mother before her.

It's the kind of food that makes you close your eyes and savour it.

Nadia, Moroccan cook in Coín — La Cocina de Nadia

I'm Nadia, and I've spent my whole life at the stove

For years I ran a restaurant in Morocco. Cooking has always been my way of caring for people — of turning an ordinary moment into something special.

Now I live in Coín, but I still cook the same way: unhurried, with good ingredients, treating every order as if it were for my own family.

If you order from me, I'll cook as if I were welcoming you into my home.

"Cooking is caring. And when it's done with love, you can taste it."
