Orders

How do I place an order?

All orders are handled through WhatsApp — there's no cart or form on the website. Message me with what you fancy and for how many people, and I'll reply myself, Nadia, to confirm the dish, quantity and delivery day.

How far in advance do I need to order?

For regular orders, 24–48 hours is enough. For wedding or event catering, or on high-demand dates (Ramadan, Eid, weekends from May to October), it’s best to give me 1–2 weeks.

Is there a minimum order?

There's no minimum for individual orders — you can order just one pastilla or a tray of sweets. Catering for events does have a minimum of 10 guests.

How much does it cost?

I don't have a fixed price list — the cost depends on the dish, the quantity, and whether it's a regular order or an event. Tell me what you need on WhatsApp and I'll give you a quote, no obligation.

How do I pay?

In cash or via Bizum, usually when you collect or receive the order. We sort out the details on WhatsApp when confirming.

Delivery & pickup

Where do I collect my order?

In Coín (Málaga), where I prepare everything. I'll give you the exact address on WhatsApp when we confirm your order.

Do you deliver? Which areas?

Yes, I deliver across much of the Costa del Sol: Málaga city, Marbella, Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Estepona and nearby towns in the Guadalhorce Valley and Sierra de las Nieves. If your area isn't listed, just ask me directly.

How much does delivery cost?

It depends on the distance from Coín. I'll confirm it on WhatsApp together with your quote; collecting in Coín has no extra cost.

The food

Is everything halal?

Yes, 100% of what I cook is halal. The ingredients are halal-sourced and every dish is prepared according to the principles of Islamic dietary law.

Do you use frozen ingredients?

No. I cook every order on the same day I deliver it, with fresh ingredients and nothing frozen in advance.

Do you have vegetarian or vegan options? What about allergens?

The vegetable couscous is vegetarian, and I can adapt other dishes depending on what you need — just tell me when ordering. I cook at home without formal allergen certification, so if you have any allergy, let me know in advance and we'll talk it through.

Where do the ingredients come from?

The spices, honey and almonds come straight from Morocco, just like they did at my restaurant there. That's what gives the dishes their authentic flavour.

What is pastilla? What's in a tagine?

Pastilla (or b'stilla) is a crispy filo pie filled with chicken, almonds and spices like cinnamon and saffron — the best-known Moroccan dish. Tagine is a slow-cooked stew with spices like cumin, ginger and ras el hanout, rich and perfect for mopping up with bread.

Catering & events

Do you do catering for weddings and events? How much for 30 or 50 guests?

Yes, I prepare full Moroccan catering for weddings, birthdays and celebrations across the Costa del Sol. The price for 30 or 50 guests depends on the menu — I'll put together a fixed quote, no obligation, on the catering page or via WhatsApp.

What's the minimum number of guests for catering?

Catering is designed for 10 guests and up. For smaller groups or specific questions, just ask me directly on WhatsApp.
